Happy 4th of July, friends! I’m off to cook (and eat) and unreasonable amount of BBQ, but please feel free to occupy yourself shopping for pens in the meantime! Pen Chalet, as per the usual, is offering some crazy good sales in addition to a 10% off coupon, as is Vanness. Also, don’t miss the upcoming Aurora “Black Mamba” release, as well as the new Esterbrook “Blueberry” that has hit stores! Happy shopping, and see you all after the holiday!
Pen Chalet 4th of July Sale! (via Pen Chalet). Pen Chalet has marked down a bunch of pens from Platinum, Visconti, Pineider, Montegrappa, Diplomat, and more, including some insane pricing on the Diplomat Aero and Excellence, as well as the Montegrappa NeroUno Linea! Use the coupon code “FREEDOM” at checkout to get an additional 10% off your order.
10% off at Vanness (via Vanness Pens). Use the coupon code “SPARKLERS” to get 10% off your order at checkout, and don’t miss the opportunity to check out the newly redesigned Vanness website!
Aurora 88 “Black Mamba” (via The Nibsmith). Uh, yeah. This pen ticks every box I’ve ever had on a pen. Pre-order, anyone?
Esterbrook Estie “Blueberry” (via Vanness Pens). What better way to use your 10% discount than to pick up the latest Esterbrook release? This “Blueberry” color is absolutely gorgeous!
Aurora Clearance (via The Nibsmith). Don’t forget to check out Dan’s Clearance page, which has some exceptional pricing on a few models of Aurora, mainly last year’s limited editions.
50% Off Monteverde “Mountains of the World” Editions (via Goldspot). I’m not usually a fan of Monteverde’s design, but I always think they do an excellent job with their “Mountains of the World” pens. This week’s “Weekly Dip” special is a 50% off opportunity.
Vintage at Anderson Pens (via Anderson Pens). I’ve noticed that the Andersons have been restocking the vintage section of their website over the past few weeks, regularly adding newly restored pens. You can purchase vintage from the Andersons confident that they will do the restoration well and stand behind the work. They also have rare stuff!
Montblanc Petit Prince Editions (via Appelboom). Montblanc is still pushing out Petit Prince-themed Meisterstuck pens, all of which are exceptionally well-done, in my opinion. You can check out my review of the Classique Petit Prince Rollerball here.
Tempus Planner (via Tempus Planner/Amazon). Many thanks to the team at Tempus Planner for sponsoring the blog! In case you didn’t know, this guided undated planner is also Prime-eligible via Amazon, in addition to being available directly via the Tempus store!
Retro 51 “Invader” Fountain Pen (via Pen Chalet). Here we go! Retro 51 is gearing up to release limited editions of its newly redesigned Tornado fountain pen, including this awesome “Space Invaders” inspired edition.
Sailor Pro Gear Cocktail “Tequila Sunrise” (via eBay). There are still a few of these kicking around. Easily the Japan-only special release that appeals the most to me.
Sailor Pro Gear Cocktail “Applesky” (via eBay). All you Appletini lovers out there now have your own Cocktail edition Pro Gear to collect!
Sailor Pro Gear Realo “Skeleton Red” (via eBay). I really didn’t need to see this one. A red-trimmed Pro Gear demonstrator?
Moonman Fude and Glass Dip Pen Set (via Amazon). I’ve not seen this before - a Moonman pen that includes both a “EF Fude” (upturned nib), compatible with a converter, as well as a glass dip nib. Plus the material is very attractive, as with most Moonman pens, though I doubt it’s actually celluloid.
PenBBS Official Store (via PenBBS/Etsy). You all have really burned through the stock of the PenBBS official store, but PenBBS is constantly releasing new models of its well-priced, reliable daily writers, including vacuum-fillers, piston-fillers, and double-ended eyedroppers!
