This special edition series of pen cases by Rickshaw Bagworks was designed in collaboration with artist and designer Nick Dominguez, who created the “Clouds” design using multishading fountain pen inks. According to Nick,

Multi-shading fountain pen inks and clouds have always captivated me for the same reason: their fluid, ever-shifting forms never look the same twice. This artwork aims to bring that parallel to life. Each cloud pattern flows and changes through color and variation, which is what makes working with and writing with these inks also so mesmerizing.

The Sinclair “Model R” is Rickshaws collaboration with NockCo, the originator of the Sinclair design. Rickshaw has added their signature supersoft Royal Plush lining to the interior, which features three pen slots on one side, and a single wide slot on the other. Both sides are lined with plush. Rickshaw also added a thin layer of foam padding inside the front and rear panels for extra structure and protection. The overall dimensions are slightly larger than the original Nock design to make it compatible with pen sleeves like the Rickshaw Coozy. The overall dimensions of the Sinclair Model R are 6.75” x 4.25” x 0.75”.
