Platinum’s pigmented inks are beloved by artists and those who value waterfastness and permanence. Carbon Black dries to a very dark black (but not quite as black as Chou Kuro Black), while Pigment Blue and Pigment Rose Red also offer permanence in brighter colors.

While pigmented inks require slightly more attention to avoid clogging due to the particles of pigment used in the ink, Platinum pigmented inks flow well and will not bleed and feather on most papers.
