The DT_20 is made out of printing blanket. A robust and durable material originally intended for use in offset printing. The lining features pure wool felt in either “magnolia” (magenta) or “turmeric” (yellow) color options. This cover is firm to the touch, similar to the recycled leather Taschenbegleiters, and the DT_20 has three pairs of clips for inserts and folded papers. Versatile interior pockets for your smartphone, tablet, writing pad, business cards, and more.

• Currently available in A4 size. Per Roterfaden, printing blanket is made of cotton and natural rubber. The robust and long-lasting material is used in offset printing to blanket a cylinder and transfer the ink to the paper. Roterfaden up-cycles the scraps of the unused printing blankets, sourcing them directly from the manufacturer after cutting.

• The stainless steel clips can be open and closed with a fingertip. The clips may be used to hold notebooks from most manufacturers who use standard sizing, and may also be used to hold loose papers, receipts, calendars, and magazines, or as a bookmark. The clips are manufactured in Bavaria, Germany.

• Roterfaden uses 2mm thick, durable pure wool felt made from merino wool. Felt made from pure sheep's wool is a high-quality material that has stood the test of time for thousands of years and will not lint or stain at the edges of a Taschenbegleiter, even after many years of use. Pure wool with its natural wool fat has a self-cleaning effect, similar to silk.

• The elastic closure and pen loop feature high-quality and durable elastic bands. Should the elastic lose its stretch (which typically only happens after many years of heavy use), it can be replaced directly by Roterfaden at cost.

Made in Germany. The Roterfaden Taschenbegleiter does not ship with any refills, which must be purchased separately.
