Montegrappa
Based in Bassano del Grappa, Italy, Montegrappa has in my opinion taken the lead among the modern Italian pen companies in terms of materials, including modern pens in vintage-style celluloid. Though expensive, Montegrappa pens make excellent daily writers, and in recent years Montegrappa has experimented with more mid-range pricing in their “Fortuna” and “Elmo” series.
