PenBBS has its roots in a Chinese Internet forum for fountain pen enthusiasts, and has evolved in recent years into a reliable manufacturer of reasonably priced pens and inks. PenBBS fountain pens are among my favorites for low-priced, original designs in colorful acrylics that you can’t find elsewhere, not to mention a wide array of filling systems that, even if they sometimes don’t work perfectly, offer hours of entertainment.
