It’s here! The first special edition fountain pen collaboration we’ve ever done! For this pen, we’ve asked Starry Night Resins to create a custom blank using the T.G.S. blog colors of burgundy, black, grey, and white, blending them together into a unique resin with tons of variation! The lack of shimmer and sparkles - seemingly everywhere these days - makes the color definition stand out a bit more, and you can really see the tight swirls in certain areas of the material.

For this pen, we have selected the Hinze “Elementar” as the body. It’s their basic model, which measures 5.5” capped, 5” uncapped, with a ceramic-plated JoWo nib in your choice of nib size EF-1.1. This particular version features a Crimson nib, and unfortunately I only received a VERY small quantity of these nibs. If they sell out, I will gauge general interest and see if I can make more available.

All pen purchases include a bottle of limited edition “Summer Sangria” red ink, made for Hinze Pens by Papier Plume. Only 30 or so bottles were made (the dye has been discontinued), so this is a true “limited edition”!

Note: All pens are unique, and no two patterns are the same, with different colors sometimes predominating. I can try to honor requests (i.e., more red, more grey, more white/cream), though it’s not guaranteed as I can’t photograph all 30 pens individually.
