I hope everyone stateside enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving with their family and friends, and most importantly was able to set aside things like work and shopping for a day! “Black Friday” typically kicks off the holiday shopping season in full, and has morphed from a single day to a nearly week-long extravaganza of discounts and promotions. A leather Traveler’s Notebook, personalized for the recipient with refills and accessories that you think they’ll enjoy, would make a wonderful gift (and it’s one of the most versatile pieces of stationery kit out there if you’re shopping for yourself). We carry the entire line, including the newly released “B-Sides and Rarities” Collection that features a series of refills containing specialty papers chosen by Traveler’s Company for unique purposes.

• Hightide Folding Book Stands and Sandglasses. These desk accessories have been favorites since I started the Curated Shop, and Book Stands now come in nearly a dozen different colors, with Sandglasses being difficult to keep in stock. A Note on T.G.S. Gently Used

As of this morning, I’ve moved a bunch of pens, inks, and pencils from the T.G.S. Patreon-exclusive Sale Page, to the T.G.S. “Gently Used” page, so that these items are now available for purchase by the general readership. Items available for sale currently include pens and inks from my own personal collection, as well as vintage pencils that I’ve sourced over the years. As you might imagine, I’ve accumulated a ton of stuff in my decade-plus of collecting and reviewing, and it’s time to clear out some clutter. All of it is being offered at or below what you could find these items for at retail, and mostly below my own personal cost.

T.G.S. x Sunderland mk1 Pens Are Now Available For Purchase!

As of early this morning, the pens are live in the shop! I’m quite excited to hear what people think of this collaboration with Pennsylvania-based Sunderland Machine Works. The Sunderland mk1 might be my favorite machined pen of all time, and for this special store exclusive we chose a bead-blasted, matte black finish with a bead-blasted DLC-coated clip. The section is a matte red/burgundy, with the overall color scheme designed to evoke the T.G.S. burgundy & black. Note that this will not be a “limited” edition - we commissioned an initial run of 50 pens, and I received the first half or so this week with more on the way. So if it sells out, don’t worry, I can and will get more! Visit the Curated Shop to purchase. All pens ship with a black Pilot .7mm G2 refill, and will also accept MB rollerball and fineliner refills.
