Midori 70th Anniversary Fountain Pens, and Midori MD Notebook Restock

For good reason, Midori MD products have sold like crazy around here, from the standard MD Notebooks and writing pads to the newly introduced MD Notebook Light to this year’s 70th Anniversary Five-Year Journals. Sold so well, in fact, that we’ve been out of stock on some of our shop favorites, like the Dot Grid A5 notebook, a fresh shipment of which will be arriving today. This shipment will also include a refresh on the 70th Anniversary Fountain Pen Sets, each featuring a grey Midori MD Fountain Pen with one of three special inks in Midori’s signature colors of grey, orange, and blue (the same as their colored pencil set). Quantities are very limited on the latter, with only a couple of each color. Happy shopping!

New in the Shop: Midori MD Notebook Light in Three Sizes

Last week we released the limited edition Midori 70th Anniversary set of the Midori MD Light Notebooks, but we are now happy to announce that we have stocked the whole line, in three different sizes: A5, A6, and B6 Slim. The Midori MD Notebook Light lineup is sold in packs of three 24 sheet/48 page notebooks, in three rulings grid, lined, and blank. These are perfect for refilling notebook covers and systems that accept thinner refills, such as the Lochby Field Journal, and they are light enough so that you can fit two volumes in a standard Midori Cover.

I’m happy to announce the arrival of a small shipment of Midori 70th Anniversary products. These include (1) the limited edition version of the XS Stationery Kit, a complete portable stationery set that includes mini tapes, scissors, a stapler, paper cutter, hole punch, and more; and (2) the Midori MD Notebook Light Anniversary Set of seven notebooks with different color stitching and grid rulings, as well as 64 pages of Midori’s MD Paper. Get these while they last - quantities are limited!

New Arrivals: Midori 70th Anniversary Fountain Pen Sets

As Midori celebrates its 70th Anniversary, it’s releasing a range of special editions from its product line, and the first to arrive include these limited edition Midori MD Fountain Pen and ink sets. Last year Midori released their own MD fountain pen in a color scheme designed to match the overall MD aesthetic, and for their 70th anniversary, they’ve released a transparent version of the fountain pen sold in a set with a converter, a cartridge, and a 30ml bottle of either grey, blue, or orange ink. (You may note that these color options are the same colors Midori offers in their colored pencils - points for continuity!)
