Even though we are in San Francisco this weekend attending what I consider one of the best pen events in the world, T.G.S. remains open for business online and in Nashville! We have new papers from NOLTY, new Uni Kuru Toga mechanical pencils, a limited stock of Colorverse Colorvent Calendars and more.
We’re continuing to build out our selection of Japanese gel pens. In addition to the recently added Pilot ILMILY Nuance Black Series, we’ve restocked on most Uni Zento Standard and Uni Zento Flow pens. Unfortunately, the small shipment of Zento Signatures we received sold out quickly and we do not know when we will get more. Stay tuned!
The Nashville Shop is open Thursday and Friday from 1-6pm, and Saturday from 10am-4pm (Slightly reduced hours due to SF Pen Show Travel). Online orders will continue to be processed but shipping time for orders placed after Wednesday at noon will have a 3-5 business day fulfillment time as opposed to our typical 2-3 business days. As always, orders placed while we are away get a little something “extra” in them. Many thanks for your support!
NOLTY Log-Type Notebooks. These slim A5 notebooks are excellent options to use in modular notebook systems, and include two different layouts. My personal favorite is the Asymmetry ruling, which alternates lined and dot pages.
NOLTY A5 Notebooks. We also have standard NOLTY lined and grid notebooks, featuring their excellent fountain pen friendly paper. These make good journals or work notebooks, with light formatting to allow for page headers and numbers.
NOLTY Pagem B6 Journals. The first NOLTY notebook we carried, in a compact size with a flexible dot grid format and a large header perfect for journaling.
Midori Kirei Letter Pad for Fountain Pens. These letter pads are split evenly between white and off-white paper, and feature fountain pen friendly Midori paper.
Leuchtturm1917 Bullet Journal Edition Notebooks. These A5 notebooks feature Leuchtturm’s heavier 120g paper and are loosely formatted to make setting up your bullet journal easier.
Leuchtturm1917 A4+ “Master Classic” Hardcover Notebooks. Did I ever tell you that I wrote a novel in one of these? Well, part of a draft and it will never see the light of day. I love these oversized Leuchtturm notebooks and was thrilled to see them widely available once again.
Uni Kuru Toga Wood Mechanical Pencil. I brought two mechanical pencils with me to San Francisco - both colors of the Kuru Toga Wood! I love the shape of the grip on this pencil and it’s easily become my favorite high-end version of the Kuru Toga.
Uni Kuru Toga Metal Mechanical Pencil. If you don’t prefer the wood grip section, the Kuru Toga metal features a slightly textured anodized metal barrel and grip. Available in .5mm and .3mm lead size.
Uni Kuru Toga Roulette. A classic is back in stock! The “Roulette” version of the Kuru Toga features a knurled metal grip section. The black version was the first “upscale” Kuru-Toga I ever purchased.
Uni x Lamy Safari Mechanical Pencil “Kuru Toga Inside”. Yes, we have more of these pencils in stock, in all colors! For the Japanese market, Lamy has made these Safari Mechanical pencils featuring the Kuru Toga engine, which rotates the lead as you write and negating any discomfort some people feel from the triangular grip.
We also have new Pilot 4+1 Wood Multi Pens!
