New Arrivals: Diplomat Vipers in All Colors, Plus Remaining Lamy Safari Meteorite and Meteora

The Diplomat Viper remains one pen that is incredibly difficult to keep in stock, with both the fountain pens and rollerballs remaining popular as Diplomat expands the colors on offer. We currently have all five colors (Black, Blue, Brown, Green, and Silver) in stock in both formats, in-store and online! This hooded nib fountain pen comes in a single F/M (fine medium) nib size, and features an addictive magnetic cap which doubles as a fidget toy.

The latest Lamy Safari fountain pens, Meteorite and Meteora, landed last week, and both feature dark glossy finishes with a unique texture new to Lamy. Meteora is selling out quickly, though we still have Meteorite pens left in stock and hope to have more of both soon. If you’re looking to snag one in the short term, we are down to the last pens from this initial shipment. Rollerballs, ballpoints, and mechanical pencils are also available.

New Arrivals: More Dip Nibs (Pilot Iro-Utsushi), Vanishing Points, and E95s in Both Colors!

The Pilot Iro-Utsushi Dip Pen is infinitely useful for anything from ink swatching to jotting quick notes to journaling in multiple colors without having to fill multiple fountain pens! We have these pens back in stock as of this morning in all available colors, including both the wood and plastic handles.

We’ve also received a shipment of matte-trim Pilot Vanishing Point and E95s fountain pens in multiple colors, as well as Custom 74 fountain pens in clear acrylic. Restocks have been somewhat slower recently during these summer months, so if you’ve had your eye on one of these come and get them!

New Arrivals: Kakimori Notebooks and Nibs, Plus TWSBI ECO "Horse Year" Fountain Pens!

A long-awaited shipment of Kakimori products arrived from Japan last week, including gorgeous new fabric-covered notebooks, Kakimori metal dip nibs and nib holders, additional Kakimori Frost pens, and the line of mixable Kakimori Inkstand Colour pigment inks. We had the opportunity to visit the Kakimori flagship store during our trip to Tokyo earlier this year, where we had the opportunity to create our own ink colors using the Inkstand inks, and test them using all the different variations of Kakimori nibs. Kakimori makes some of the most unique stationery products available, and it’s always fun to open these shipments and see all the new designs in person!

Also, TWSBI ECO “Horse Year” Fountain Pens are now shipping! This limited run TWSBI won’t be around long, so if you’re looking to pick up one of these “Year of the Horse” exclusive releases, get one now. We currently have at least some stock of all nib sizes remaining.

Notsu continues to expand their lineup of fountain-pen-friendly organizational products, including more blue Centre Rise notecard holders, new sticky notes, and a new set of “To Do” desk pads. We’ve also received a fresh shipment of Platinum inks (including two new permanent inks) as well as a new addition to the Colorverse “Joy in the Ordinary” collection. 1. Notsu Centre Rise To Do List Card Stand. The Notsu Centre Rise card box/organizer is back, and now with a blue option in addition to black and orange!

2. Notsu Large Format Dot Grid Notecards. These large 5x7 notecards are back in stock, and they fold in half so that you can tuck them away inside your notebook, pocket or bag for quick reference.

3. Notsu Dot Grid and Graph Sticky Notes. These sticky notes are sold in a four-pack, and feature dot grid, graph, or colored graph paper.

4. Notsu Writing Pads and To Do Pads. Notsu paper works well with most inks, and the thicker paper stands up well in a desk pad. In addition to the dot grid and graph pads (available in both letter and A5 sizes), Notsu now makes

5. Platinum Classic Inks. This series of fountain pen friendly iron gall inks offers six different colors that become permanent when they dry. Iron gall is a classic ink formulation used for centuries for archival purposes, and darkens as it dries, resulting in a unique look reminiscent of vintage letters.

6. Platinum Pigmented Inks. We’ve expanded our offering of Platinum Pigmented inks to include Brun Sepia, a permanent brown.

7. Platinum Chou Kuru Black. Do you require the ultimate black ink? As in, an ink as dark as you can possibly make it? Chou Kuro should be on your radar. While definitely one of the more premium inks that we sell, it’s always difficult to keep in stock.

TRAVELER’S Notebooks are more popular than ever, and we have a fresh shipment that arrived yesterday. Currently we have Passport-size Starter Kits in Black and Blue, and Standard-size Starter Kits in Olive, as well as most refills and accessories with more on the way for those items that are currently sold out.

If you prefer full A5-size notebooks, we’ve also received a fresh restock of handmade OnionBrand leather covers. OnionBrand is a local Nashville maker specializing in leather, and I’m fortunate enough to be able to work with them to bring you these A5 covers that can hold up to two slim A5 notebooks or one full-size notebook or planner. (Currently I have my A5 Wonderland222 planner in one of the “Polished Saddle” covers.)
